Tonight was the opening of the Santa Barbara Fair where the theme was the "Land of Ahhhs." If you dressed up as one of the characters from the movie, you got in free and could enter the best costume contest.
I cropped the original shot, applied a Curves layer, and added the border and text in Photoshop.
